St Louis Street #3 - Third Floor

Available September 1st, 2017

OPEN HOUSE
Saturday August 12th
11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

This is a cozy, affordable little attic apartment that is big enough for one or two. It’s nice and warm up there under the eaves, so you can snuggle up and stay warm in the winters while keeping your utility bills low. The bedroom has a huge closet with room for even the biggest clothes collection.

You’ll have your own exterior entrance and a secondary, covered entrance for bad-weather days.

The apartment is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It’s near Roosevelt Park and right across the street from the “Little Rosie” playground.

Like all our apartments, this apartment is non-smoking and PET FRIENDLY. And along with the tile shower, we have a full sized washer and dryer in the bathroom as well.  (Please see our pet policy for more information.)

To get there:

Enter “20 St Louis Street Burlington VT” into your GPS, or follow the driving directions below:

From Winooski: Cross the Winooski Bridge into Burlington and bear right onto Riverside Drive. Continue about 1 mile until you get to a five-way intersection (where the Community Health Center and Sam’s Unfinished Furniture are located). Continue one more block on Riverside Drive until you get to a four-way stop. Turn left (Intervale Avenue), then take the very next right (Willow Street), and then the very next left again (St Louis Street). The house will be about halfway down the block on your left. It is a tan house with white trim. It has front porches on both the first and second floors and the floor of the porch is painted hot pink. You can’t miss it! Go around back and go up the stairs to the third floor.

From South Burlington: Depending on where you’re starting from, come into Burlington on either Route 2 or Route 7, which will intersect at the corner of Willard and Main. Head north on Willard Street until you get to Archibald Street (it is the sixth cross-street after Main Street - there are also some streets that end at Willard Street, but don’t count these). Turn left onto Archibald Street. Go straight through the traffic light at the intersection of Archibald and Winooski Avenue, and straight again through the four-way stop at the intersection of Archibald and Intervale Avenue, and then take the next right onto St. Louis Street. The house is about half-way down the block on your right. It is a tan house with white trim. It has front porches on both the first and second floors and the floor of the porch is painted hot pink. You can’t miss it! Go around back and go up the stairs to the third floor.
